On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable tax), and the amount of deposit required (50% of total rental).
Period of Occupancy:
The villa will be available for occupancy after 2.00pm on the day of arrival; check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Villas used from 12:00pm to 6:00pm on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of from the publish rate and will be subject on availability
Due to high demand The Tamantis is often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested to our indonesian bank account. When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation will be confirmed. Please advise us by email after your transfer has been made. We will then send you a written confirmation note. Reservations are handled on “first come, first serve” basis.
All deposits are non refundable, unless agreed upon by the villa owner on special case by case basis. The balance of rental payment is due before your scheduled arrivals date which once received is also non re fundable unless agreed by the owner.
Minimum Stays and Rental Rates
We have minimum stay requirement at The Tamantis of 3 nights. We might agree to a shorter stay on a case by case basis. Rental rates also vary according to the season, rental rates are subject to change without notice.
We strongly recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Please be advised we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at The Tamantis villas, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

People and Religion
The Balinese have strong spiritual roots. The main religion is “Agama Hindu Dharma” or also known as Agama Tirtha which literally means the religion of holy water.
Bahasa Indonesia (national language of Indonesia) and Bahasa Bali (the local language) are the most widely spoken language in Bali. English is extensively used all over the island.
Please wear sarong and sash when visiting temples or attending ceremonies. Bali is a tropical Island, cotton or light weight clothing are the most comfortable to wear.
Bali is a tropical Island and has two different seasons. Rainy (wet seasons) generally occurs around November thru April (mainly around late in the afternoon and early in the evening). Dry season commonly occurs around May thru October. The average temperature is 24 – 30 degrees Celsius (75 – 89 degree Fahrenheit)
Passport and Visa
Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the arrival date. Indonesian Government grants visa on arrival for 63 countries and could purchase their Tourist Visa upon arrival at the airport. The fee for the “Visa on Arrival” payable upon landing. Visitors from certain countries require tourist visa in advance and must apply for a visa before arriving in Indonesia. Please contact the Indonesian embassy or consulate for further details.
Narcotics are strictly prohibited. You may only bring to Indonesia two liters of alcohol and maximum of 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars.
The local currency is Rp (Indonesian Rupiah). We recommend you to check the exchange rate prior to your departure to Bali as currency often fluctuates. You could change your money at the local money changer or banks. ATMs are available in major tourist areas. Major credit cards are accepted at major hotels, restaurants, boutiques and other venues. Please also be advised some tourist venues only accept cash.

ABOUT THE TAMANTIS VILLAS
The Tamantis Villas is a boutique hotel with an all villa property. Each villa comes with their own-private swimming pool, pool table (Billiard), private dining area and living area and other four stars amenities coupled with the service that is inimitably Bali and personal.
Our rates, packages, promotions and quotations should always include applicable taxes, service charges, high seasons sure charge and most importantly “NO HIDDEN CHARGES”. Please be advised that some hotels and agencies do not include applicable taxes and service charges. This often causes some confusion, so please be aware of this when you are comparing rates. We also partner with a variety of online travel agencies, who promote and sell our rooms. However, we sometimes find our hotel advertised on web sites with which we have no agreement. We always prefer guests to book with us directly.
Airport pick up service is included in the rate. Our representative will be holding a name board with the guest name on it. Transfer service from other areas will be provided with extra charges. Please inform us the flight details or Pick Up details booking.
Free Drop-off Service
Complimentary drop-off service is available from the Villas to Berawa, Canggu till Oberoi Street or Seminyak Square (available from 12am to 8pm). The free drop-off service does not include pick up service.
For your convenience guest could request their bed preference (e.g. All rooms with King Size Bed or Twin Bed). Please mention your request upon booking.
In Villa Private Swimming Pool
Each Villa at The Tamantis Villas comes with Private Swimming Pool. There is no life guard on duty during your stay here and all guests should note that use of your private swimming pool is at your own risk. Management cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries. The private swimming pool is 1.45 meters to 1.60 meters depth. Children under the age of 12 or who are unable to swim should not use the pool without adult supervision. For your convenience wooden portable pool fence is available upon request to prevent direct access from children. Advance request is required.
Food and Beverages
Extensive in villa delivery menu is available to be ordered (open from 12pm to 9pm).
Free Wi-fi is available for entire villas. Laptops are also available at the lobby.
Bali is a tropical Island. The villa uses a variety of methods to prevent discomfort of guests by Mosquitoes. This includes bi-weekly fogging of garden areas and exterior of villa, insect coils use in dining area, living room and terrace. Also provision of electric mosquito repellant and aerosol can repellants in rooms. Our methods generally keep mosquito presence to an acceptable level.

One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personal service, provided by a dedicated team of professional staff. The staff team at The Tamantis have been thoughtfully recruited; their aim is to look after every guest with true Balinese style and hospitality.
The Tamantis Villas manager (Agus Kayana) is responsible for the overall operation of the villa estate including staffing, special requests and guest satisfaction. He is a font of local knowledge and will assist guests during their stay. He lives locally and is on call 24 hours a day and is supported by an assistant manager/supervisor ready to step in when he is off-site.
Butler services are available everyday.
They also will discreetly look after daily villa cleaning and tidying, serving drinks or organizing your activities and will prepare bedrooms in the evening.
A Chef/Cook is available to prepare lunch and dinner upon request (additional cost)
A discreet team of two tends to the garden and pool at The Tamantis keeping it all looking spick and span.
A maintenance man is on hand to ensure all villa workings run smoothly.
Off-site, fully-trained spa staff will visit the villa upon request to provide a range of spa and massage treatments.
The villa is kept safe and secure with staff and seccurity guards onsite 24 hours a day.
